East coast wings started as a simple dream: serve the freshest, boldest chicken wings on the Maine coast. In 2012, founder Marcus Reid opened our first kitchen on Ocean Street in Rockland with nothing but a handful of recipes, a wood-fired smoker, and an unwavering belief that great wings deserve great sauce.
What began as a small takeout counter quickly became a community gathering spot. Word spread fast — locals and visitors alike couldn't get enough of our handcrafted sauces, crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside wings, and the warm atmosphere that made every visit feel like coming home.
Over a decade later, East coast wings has grown into a beloved Rockland institution. We still use the same time-honored techniques and locally sourced ingredients that made us famous, because real flavor doesn't take shortcuts.
